LOST LARSON

Lost Larson is a Sweedish inspired bakery and cafe with two Chicago locations- Andersonville and Wicker Park. I worked with my 360 Experiential Campaign class to come up with new marketing and advertising concepts for Lost Larson to incorporate into their business plan to expand and intrigue clientele. We came up with creative concepts for both locations to implement to grow sales and traffic to each store.

GOAL: INCREASE HOLIDAY SALES BY 20% AND SELL 100 MORE PIES THAN USUAL DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON
